Knowing is owning

So I made an another Charles Augustus Magnussen picture. I like the slogan he uses "knowing is owning". It is not against the law to know anything, it is in fact, what we all are striving for, to know more than before. This is one of the reason I like him, and this is a great example of why he is not a villain. He could be you or me when it came to knowledge.

If you want to have power or at least have a powerful weapon, study and observe, because it will make your knowledge stronger than the "smartest" individuals' knowledge.
